Pretty bird, I retrained some rose breasted years ago. Male was psycho. Cockatoos are sooooo needy.

well that is annoying enough for your neighbors, get it a loudspeaker!

We had him outside with our 3 macaws and apparently the neighbor developed a nervous tick and had to take nerve medication, so we moved the birds back inside. Their way of thanking us was to call the health department on us and say we were raising chickens in the living room and that we had a goose in the house. umm it's the same bird we moved in that was annoying you. I guess looking from binocluars from their house into ours it looked like a goose.
