Or, can have mix of 6 ea of the other breeds available in any combination to suit.
Exhibition style Jersey Giants (must be prepared for feed cost of raising for self) two flocks one Blue/Black and one very rare Black-bred-black, never crossed to blues
Layer style Jersey (pretty, pretty but mature quicker) black/blue
Ameraucana in most varieties
