Well, at this point, if Chicky Dee has already sent the PP and wayne813 will verify he received it, I would say give Chicky Dee 50 lashes with a wet noodle, tell her not to claim again until she has been a BYC member for 3 months, send her the eggs and let's swap on! JMHO! And those of us claiming PP will have to be more vigilant as to who the new swappers are and make sure they meet the requirements.

We had the 3 month rule to protect everyone but that didn't work, so we made the 7 swap rule.The 7 swap rule is much better than the 3 month rule so I am going to remove it in place of the 7 swap rule.

Also I am going to update the swaps per week to 10
