since the swaps got upgraded to 10 swaps a week i think the 24 hr rule should be changed to a 48 hr rule now. I would think that would be fair since the swaps got bumped up. Jmo

I feel the opposite. I have a hard enough time competing with those that have fast internet as it is. My only hope is to wait until some are done for the week so I can get a swap in edgewise. Even now I am debating whether it is worth my time to watch this thread and try to get in when I can.

I think that would encourage those who stall the swap to wait until 47 hrs. to post a pay pal , and if that happens a couple times a week you have the same swap as the others that are stalled by members swapping on this thread.JMO

I agree with this. 48 hours is 2 days, thats a lot of time that a single person can tie up the swap in a weeks time.
