PDZ in the brooder

Is it ok to use Sweet PDZ in the brooder instead of pine shavings or some other bedding? I use it in my poop boards and it makes cleanup super easy, so I thought it would make a great bedding for a brooder, but I’m pretty new to all of this so I wanted to make sure there isn’t some reason not to do this.

It is advertised for coops as well as brooders (as you can see here---> http://www.sweetpdz.com/chick.html). I would think that it would work great in a brooder.
