I have a 4 week old pea chick that has a knee that wants to pop inward most of the time when it walks. Took it to a vet, but no conclusion on what the issue is or what to do. If it is walking more upright, it tends to walk OK. If it is lower to the ground when walking, the knee pops inward more often. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not entirely sure. You might be able to try supporting the knee with masking tape or twine.

There have been a good number of threads here on 'slipped tendon', try a search and read up on a lot of good information on how to stabilize the hock. Reducing the protein level of your feed may help as well. Birds that grow too quickly on high protein feed will have these types of issues.
