Does anyone have any thoughts on my two peachick's coloring? One has a lot of grey in their wings and I can't think of the mutation that would have caused it, unless it's a presentation of gender?
Father is solid white.
Mother is an India blue, previous owner claimed she was split to black shoulder.
Both chicks have white wing feathers on the first 4 or so primaries since they're split to white. Hatched July 24th so they're about 6 weeks by now.
Both images is them running for their lives- though they're friendly enough when I throw treats in the yard, ha.
