Peachick hatched with straight leg

My first peachick egg hatched a couple of hours ago, and one leg was pulled into the body but one was stuck straight out, including the toes, and doesn’t seem to want to bend. He also can’t seem to move much and lies on the side of the straightened leg. Is this splay or something else? It trembles off and on, and not because he is cold. Only the foot trembles. Anything I can do?

Wait it out but do give it some Nutri-Drench just in case

Well now both of his legs are shaking like the one in the video. He cannot stand. He only lies on his side. He tries and tries to get up, but he cannot. All he can do is slide around on his left side.
I think something is really wrong with him, but everyone says wait 24 hours. I hate to think he’s just suffering.

If you can bandage the chick in a sitting position and put him in a cup to hold him upright it would help.
