He was 2-3 hours old in the first photo and about 30 hours old in the second. I left him alone under Mama, but he just kept getting worse. How old was he in that first photo?

I have a 5 day old peachick and his legs don't work from the hocks down, he's such a fighter but I hate seeing him walking around on his hocks. One hock is swollen with a small sore which I have been putting antibiotic ointment on, the other appears normal. His legs are just not working. I have been stretching and flexing them. Does anyone know anything about this?
