Now, here it is 11:25 and it got out around 8:27, I would say 3 hours
They don't normally want to start eating until day 2 or 3, so I think you are fine. :D can you post a picture of your incubator? I would like to see it so I can make some recommendations on making a spot for you chick in it.
 
The one I use for these eggs is a small one, unlike the other one I had, which was like a very small refrigerator, which broke, so i had to throw it away. This one is just temporary for now, since I have only peahen eggs I need to hatch, it is below:

Thanks for all the advice! Its just that usually my chicken chicks usually stand by now, and eat too, and so do most of my ducks, that's why I was concerned.

Peachicks can take a little longer, especially if they've had a difficult hatch.
