This is a very strange problem. I have had my Peacock for 12 years and my goats for about the same amount. I don't know what started it but in the last couple of weeks when my goats go out to the pasture my peacock attacks one of my goats. Just Andy (a Female) gets attacked no one else and when the peacock attacks then Andy goes after the Peacock. Andy headbutts him in the chest and sometimes gets Peacock on his back. Then the goat tries to bite Peacock on the chest. It is very strange and scary. In the end Peacock keeps the Goat from going out to forage and sometimes the goat gets flogged and cut. The more I try to help the worse I make it. So has anyone had a similar problem and is there an answer. Thanks Terri

Well I don't want to get rid of either they have been with me so long. I know every spring the peacock fights with the Geese and he starts it but he also gets the worst end of it. Usually by Summer he is done with the Geese and I don't have a problem until next spring. I am going to try giving the peacock his pasture and moving the goats to another. I will see if that helps at all. Thanks Terri
