Peacock hasn’t lost feathers yet

This is our second year owning 2 peacocks. Last year, it seemed that both lost their train feathers at the same time. This year, the older one has completely lost all of his, but the younger one hasn’t even started yet. Is that normal? In January, the younger one got attacked or scared and lost a bunch and had to regrow them- could that be why? Perhaps they fall out at a certain length, not time? Another factor could be that we have a hen this year who had two chicks. Not sure if mating has an effect on when they lost them too?

They were molting, they do it at different times.
