Peacock neck straightening and shaking

Yesterday one of my white peacock seems lethargic droopy wings i catch him and he popped i noticed tapeworms in it, he was weak i set him free in property so that he can take sun bath he was all fine eating and roaming but today's morning he was lazy and continuing straightening his neck like something is stuck didn't eat the only thing i can feel is water in his stomach, i gave him this evening albendazole 1cc down in throat. He is continuously doing the same standing straight,can anyone help him plz

You need to deworm him, if there are visible tapeworms in his stool then there are probably alot more in his intestines.
