It is pretty hard to say for sure on young whites, but I am leaning toward male. The tail supports are far longer than the tail, and this usually(but not always) indicates a male. Curious to hear what some others think. Very pretty either way, I have 3 mature white males and they are stunning when in full plumage.
 
I love these. With absolutely no knowledge to support it I will guess male. There appears to be fringe on the tail and it also looks to be heavier than a female at that age.
 

The second picture tells me male, if it turns out to be a hen, it will end up being your best hen. Those suspect birds always turn out to be my best hens. Same goes for an aggressive male, they are usually my best roosters.
