Peacock with beak issues

This is Ivar my 10 month old peacock. He has spent the winter in the house because last fall, his beak was broken by another bird. It has grown out and he is on the mend. But as you can see from the picture, his lower beak has grown too much and his upper beak is pointing up. If anyone has any ideas on how to get his beak back to normal, so that he can eat regularly and move back outside that would be great!
