I know it's very late in the season, but does anyone know where I can pick up baby Peafowl or hatching eggs this late in the season? I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Thanks.

They have a facebook!? Oh it is so awesome! I am not on facebook and I don't really want to be but seeing all these great bird people on there makes me want to join just to see all of their pages. At least I can see Texas Peafowl's facebook page since they are listed as a business I guess.

Edit: Hey Zazouse those are two different peafowl breeders. There are actually 2 Texas Peafowl's the first link you give is Sid: http://www.texaspeafowl.com/

The facebook page is actually the page of this Texas Peafowl: http://www.texaspeafowlfarm.com/

Sid was thinking about changing the name because of the other place being named Texas Peafowl Farm but he decided to keep his name. It does get confusing sometimes.

I do not have facebook either but I read my daughter, travels all over Texas and Louisiana to work and is buy her self, so I keep logged in on her facebook so I can keep track of her. I would not have facebook friends anyhow, only had but one best friend in my life besides my DH and I was 12 years old so that was 44 years ago, I do wonder sometimes what it would be like sometimes

I love my life , it is simple.

I have a peahen (named Bubbles) who is tame and used to live down the road. She is the last of that person's flock and I think came up here because I have chickens. But the chickens are a bit worked up over her and I am not at all certain that she wouldn't be happier with others of her own kind. I'm about 45 miles NE of Dallas..... Would you by any chance like to have her?
