Peafowl door size

How big does the door need to be for Peafowl to get in. I plan to put it in between two studs. So it will be 14.5 inches wide. Is that good? How high should it be?

I have a door that is I think is 2ft in height if not then 18 inches, and a foot wide. I also have a 4ft wide by 7ft tall door.

I used some composite deck facia for the door.



The bottom of the door fits behind the door step to keep predators claws from lifting the door.

Those look really good. You got those on an automatic timer? I have that on the chicken coop for double security. Just in case we forget to shut the door some night. Haven't loss one since.

No, these lead out to the closed run. We have an Ador1 for the chickens, for the peas we open the door and let them in every night when we feed.
