I would love to go there and see what older than dirt really looks like, they got some crazy wild critters and stuff over there i could look for years, i love nature and the earth beneath my feet

I'm not sure there IS a schedule... My impression has been that the board gets together and whoever doesn't move quickly enough gets tagged as "IT"

Seriously, though, I'm perplexed at what has happened with the UPA. The web forum is moribund, and when I visit the public part of the Facebook page, I don't see much. Perhaps I would have access to more if I had a Facebook account, but I just don't, for reasons that don't bear repeating here.

I would love an opportunity for pea fanciers to get together... the convention sites have been with breeders whose operations I really would like to visit, but not only have I not been able to attend, it sounds as though not many other folks have been making it there either

I dunno what to make of that.

I would love to see what we could do to gather a crowd, not sure at this point what auspices would draw the most folks... or whether it is a scheduling issue, a travel and/or cost issue, or there are some other factors or combinations of factors which are limiting attendance?
