Remember to listen for cheeping noises from the eggs and watch for movement of the egg.

Make a note (and identify which egg) of the time/date when you first hear the cheeping noise from each egg so you know how long it has been internally pipped.

Good luck!

Yes, for sure, and also, don't forget: Check frequently to listen for chirping or peeping, and if you hear any, note down the time and which egg.

If the egg has been internally pipped too long before the chick is able to pip through the shell, the chick can run out of air and suffocate. So it's smart to keep track.

Good luck, we will all be waiting for baby pictures

Is it Saturday there?

Edited to add: Can you tell which egg is chirping? Or which eggs?

its 2:47 pm on saturday...

At the time you wrote that, it was about 8:47 pm here on Friday evening (we are on Mountain Standard Time right now), and it would have been 7:47 pm where @casportpony is, on Pacific Standard Time now. So you are 18 hours ahead of me, and 19 hours ahead of Kathy.

So you are exactly in the time frame when stuff should be happening with your eggs, that's wonderful news!

It can take quite awhile for chicks to work their way out -- it needs to take long enough for certain things to happen inside the shell and the chick -- but if it takes tooo long, it's also bad. Keep us posted
