I have 6 peafowl that are 2 years old some male and some female, females have been laying some eggs and i have taken them and put them in the incubator that i have hatched lots of chicks out of, none of them hatched i put a bunch of eggs in there at different times none hatched, the i broke open a egg a there was a dead baby peafowl in there, why aren’t they hatching?

Incubating conditions; temperature, humidity, turning frequency, storage time are all important. Apparently the eggs are fertile since an embryo developed.
Sometimes the nutrition of the breeder flock can cause embryos to give up because they don't have what they need to grow in the egg.
