Peafowl on Long Island (NY)

Hi all, I'm looking for a peacock on Long Island. Anyone know where I can find a peafowl farm locally? Or, does anyone on here have a peacock for sale on Long Island?

I'm in Farmingville! I'd love to find a local person to buy a peacock from - I'm not comfortable hatching from an egg.

There are a bunch of people in Staten Island. There was a huge newspaper story on one of the incident. Try the Craigslist "Farm & Garden" section.

Just wanted to say that I am in Smithtown. I've been attached to Craig's List and haven't seen any peafowl in the past couple of weeks.
Actually, I was thinking of starting a forum/group just for Long Islanders. But, I'm brand new to the poultry world, so I thought I'd better get my feet wet first.
