How long is a peahen fertile after one mating?

No one really knows. Although we do know that after a cock is pulled from a pen that he has been in for a while, (multiple breedings) the hen can still be fertile for a couple of weeks.

Agreed That's why if I do outcrossing projects the hens are kept separate from any males for 3 weeks prior to putting them in with another cock bird.
