Peahen flew the coop how can I get her back

For us newbies I apologize if we get in the wrong area. I actually thought I was in peafowl forum and if I wasn't, so sorry. I was told chicken owners know more about behavior anyhow. Thank you for the welcomes. Any comment and instructions are welcomed.

Welcome to BYC - sorry for the circumstances. Can you move the male to one of the new pens? This may trigger him to start calling. Have feed in the old pen, and perhaps if she comes back she will enter her old pen to eat. Good luck.

Thanks so much. That' exactly what we did. Husband finished roof, moved the boy over and put out corn on the cob and lettuce and she came later in day. Went right in first pen got wrapped up in eating her corn and my hubby closed the gate. She' s been looking for a way out every since. I think she just wants to be free.
