We are currently pulling the eggs and have a chicken egg in there for her to lay in same spot but what's a good number of eggs to have her sit on we have pulled 4 but is that to little or to much what is a good count to get before we put them back in there to try to get her broody the eggs arestored in a shed at about 60 degrees and 69% hhumidity.

Our girls seem to lay 5-6 eggs before they get serious about sitting on them.
I don't understand why you're taking her eggs if you're planning to give them back to her anyways?

We were originally going to incubate and just decided not to yesterday

And it got over 100 a few days and the shed was hotter didn't want them to start incubating by themselves
