Peahen pacing and early maturing male's

Hi all, I have a 3 yro peahen who paces the cage and I thought she just wanted out so I thought nothing of it but than she started clucking and calling to outside the cage. I don't know what she wants, I did read somewhere that a peahen about to lay eggs will do this but breeding season just ended. I have seen my 2 yro male jump on her once recently but does that mean he's mature, and does that mean she will lay fertile eggs after breeding season just ended? I also have a very confused 2 yro peacock (different one) who seems to be attracted to plastic bags, I see him jump on them all the time it's kinda creepy, I do have two peahens but I also have 2 peacocks so they would both have 1 female to themselves and the one attracted to bags is in the top of the pecking order. LOL n but seriously what's up with my flock?

Many people are still getting fertile eggs, the season is not over everywhere yet. Of course it would be helpful to know where you live.

I live in North Cortina and it's still pretty warm here it's been in the 80's and 90's in the day and 70 at night

Well any ways I just let her out for her first time today because I'm trying to free range them all I just let my nicest one out for three days in a row and now it's her turn, she has been eating out of my hand so she is friendly enough.
