Eggs #2 and #5 have pipped!

I have no doubt Peanut is going to be an amazing mother. I love the way she wiggles onto the eggs carefully when coming back to the nest.

I picked up a couple of the other eggs (without pips) and heard chirping, so that’s a good sign!

I can already see the ear muffs and beard, making me think that the Cochin X EE roo fathered him/her!

The white head spot makes me think it could be a BR mix.
So considering the ear muffs, beard, and head spot, I will take a guess that this is a Barred Rock X [EE X Cochin]
