I know what you mean. It did make me pause for a second but you really don't taste the cheese. It just gives it a layer of richness. I couldn't leave it alone.

I was told by a relative that these are awesome.

Caramel No Bakes

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
3 cup quick oats
1 tsp vanilla

In a saucepan add sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil. Boil for one minute. Promptly remove from heat. Quickly add peanut butter, quick oats, and vanilla. Working quickly stir until combined and drop by rounded tablespoons onto wax paper or foil. Cool and enjoy!

How much cocoa powder do you put in your caramel no bake cookies
