Pecked at chick, please help confirm my thoughts!!!

Poor little guy has a nasty wounded bald spot on his neck, He's the only one. From what I've read, I should put neosporin on his neck, isolate him, right? Should I put another chick with him or what?

I would definately isolate him!
It'll heal quickly.

I've had a chick have the whole top if it's head pecked off to the skullbone. It's doing ok...a little nerotic, but healthy.
