I have 2 hens that are pecking holes on the end of the egg. Is there any way to stop this?

Welcome to BYC, normlori.

If you go to the top of the forum page and click search, you can find lots of posts on "egg eating."

Here's a recent thread with what may be a successful conclusion to the problem. Note what Angie said that she had provided before doing anything else - oyster shell, good feed, space, etc.

You didn't say how old your birds are. During their first few weeks of laying, they can develop bad habits. My experience is that eating eggs will start with laying on the floor rather than the "sacred" nest box. It's like, "Oh, what's this! I don't recognize it . . . let's peck at it and see if it's edible!"

So the solution to that one is to grab the eggs on the floor as soon as possible and get the pullets trained to lay in the nests.

Here is wishing you success!

Steve
