Surely someone else has had this problem.....
About 7 of my 16 chickens is laying daily, but at least 5 eggs are always cracked at the pointy tip. I don't know if one of the chickens is pecking it or if they are coming out that way. Anyone have any ideas? Oh yeah, the shells are very hard and they have oyster shell in their food.

make sure that they have plenty of food and aren't hungry. Don't give actual egg yolks and egg whites because they realy like them and might start cracking the egg open completely.
