Pecked Hen Returns

Hi, I had one of my hens badly pecked where she had blood drawn. She has been separated for about 2 weeks now and has healed pretty much all the way. Her feathers haven't come back all the way yet but the wound looks to have healed pretty well. She is going NUTS in the cage in the garage and I believe I have fixed the pecking problem by making a much larger run. She caws likes crazy and knocks over her food and I feel like it might be time to reintroduce her to the flock. Would it be okay to reintroduce even though she does not have all her feathers back? I would hate for them to draw blood again.

Reintroduce her and take the biggest bully and put that bird in the cage for a couple days.
