Pecked pretty bad, skin ripped off. please help

Help! That just happened to our about nine to ten week old pullet! All the skin on the top of her head is gone, and it is hanging in front of her eyes. I think she might now be blind. I didn't think she would survive the night but today she was walking around and eating. I put her in a seperate area from the hen and roo, and also her sisters. It was the hen that did this to her D: The roo actually didnt even bother the chicks. What should i do? Should i pull the skin back over her head?

Chickens have amazing re-cooperative abilities. My husband's friend asked us to take a little 10 week old cockerel because he was afraid he would be killed by his flock mates. When we got him he was completely bald from his head down to his neck and one eye was completely shut and we thought he had lost it. His comb and beak were damaged as well and I really thought he was not going to make it. Now at 18 weeks you cannot tell that he was badly injured at all.

I swear by peroxide for people and pets, and blu cote to keep the others from pecking. We kept our cockerel separate from the others for quarantine since he was new and for safety since he was injured. Good luck!
