Pecking chicken on back, drew blood not many feathers left!

Will this ever stop? She is "low gal on the totem pole "in one pen and terrorizes the shy hens in the other pen. Where is she better off? or maybe put her by herself for a while.
 
We have the same problem so we removed her from the coop and she lives in the garage, basically homeless! But she is much happier. Stays in the yard, protects the garage as her home and is healing nicely.
 
If there is blood or open wound you need to remove her from all pens or they will keep at her.
