Pecking combs?

My flock of 20 has gotten along well since December, but lately I've noticed the bullying (all hens) has picked up as the weather has warmed. Today, my wife went out to check the feed and one of the RIR was on the back of a BA, pecking at the comb. Another RIR came over to get in on the action, too.

Haven't seen this kind of aggression yet, any thoughts or suggestions?

Today mine (I have 6, they have gotten along since they got a bigger coop and run in October) were also picking on each other. Pulling feathers out and eating them. I was gonna look that up, but just wanted to say to you, yes. I've noticed it too....my first year with hens....
