pecking eggs

i am having a problem this week for they have not been laying very long at all mabey a month now and some of them have had a crack i think the others are pecking them but how can i stop this

You can't really that i know of. Move the ones that do peck to a different coup as they can pass on this bad behavior if they start eating egg's.
