I think your coop is about half the size it it could ideally be, that causes behavioral issues.
I can't find anywhere the protein content of the feed, if it's 17% or lower, you might want to find a higher protein feed like chick feed with oyster shells on the side.

Thankyou, thinking I'll need a second coop..... Will the hens split themselves into 2 " happy" groups or do I need to choose and seperate them?
Anything else that would help? To promote feather regrowth ?
Presume they'll be OK all out together during the day. Will check the feed.

I would try and see if they divide themselves up, and if they don't you can do it for them.

Are you in the UK? There is a good chance they will be doing a molt as the season changes, that will help them regrow faster. Some folks will boost vitamins and minerals, that couldn't hurt.
