Can Anyone Tell Me Why My Eggs Here Lately Have A Hole Pecked In The End? The Hole Doesnt Go All The Way Through The Membrane. They Just Seem To Want To Break The Shell. They Have Plenty Of Oyster Shell. Please Help Me Stop It!

Sounds like you might have a potential egg eater on your hands. Your best bet is to try and remove the eggs several times during the day. This gives the birds less time to try and peck/eat the eggs. Also, do not give whole or cracked eggs to your birds as treats. Occasionally this can encourage egg eating behavior.

I had this exact problem. I have no idea what caused it or why they did this. I built a roll away nesting box and it solved the problem very quickly.

Yes some hens just are egg eaters.

It is best to check for eggs often and remove them, or if you're lucky enough have a nest that rolls the eggs away from them.
No feeding anything that looks like it was an egg (crush all egg shell to minute size)
I don't know if they ever get over it once they start, but vigilance/prevention saves your precious eggs.
