Pecking Injury

I have a question on a head injury my crested duck has that happened when my other duck pecked her top feathers off. This happened 3 days ago. The first day I applied triple antibiotic ointment. The next day it looked worse. So after researching I rinsed the wound with diluted hydrogen peroxide and I applied same ointment completely covering wound, then wrapped it (which did not last long before it came off). About 5 hours later I gave her a bath and wiped off some of the ointment because it seemed to be bothering her. I read about Vetericyn for poultry and went to town and got some - which I applied yesterday afternoon, late last night and this morning. I've attached pictures in sequence of what I've done to help her. If anyone has any advice please let me know. Also I know the other 2 ducks are missing her even though we talk to Pom Pom ( injured duck ) and leave tv on and bathroom door open for noise she does not like being alone.

I've been using Vetricyn and EMT gel (very sticky heavy gel) on a few hen head wounds (two very bad). I didn't have triple antiiotic handy in the pet First Aid Kit or I would've used that like you did since it is much lighter gel. I don't wrap any of mine.
