Does anyone know of a good homemade anti-Peking solution , I asked about blu-cote and there was ALOT of debate on whether it’s a dangerous item for both people and the chicks?
i’ve been recommended thing like Vick’s vapo rub, but that only had a slight effect ?
I’m asking if anyone knows how to make a safe and very effective anti-pecking solution for 1 month old birds ?

Did you improve/add space and start feeding more protein?
Never had Polish, but apparently it seems to be a common problem that their crests are pecked by non-Polish birds.
You may find the best solution is to house birds separately or provide plenty of space with some hiding places.

Don't know how it would work. You can try diy. Do keep in mind, that birds are curious, so an application of something "different" may actually encourage exploratory pecking/picking.

Yes they are in a large coop meant to house 10 standard full-size birds, and for protein I started feeding them 18% medicated starter and giving them turkey a few times a week
