Has two other hens in the coop/run. Is this pecking or moulting?

Looks like feather picking to me. That the crest on a polish bird? Polish are known for getting their crests picked, they seem to draw attention. Also the feathers can interfere with their vision, so they may not see it coming. Some will trim or put those feathers up in a ponytail (make sure the bird can't eat whatever you use).

Yes a frizzled polish. We’ve cut this ones before but it’s since grown out. Will give it another trim and see if that helps!
