pecking order question

i have a rooster & 5 hens 3 amber-link & 1 red new hampshire & rooster & 1 hen that are brown leghorn so my brown leghorn hen is the smallest of everyone & they are all rooster included bullying her around they chase her away from food and water or whatever shes doing.. i keep a close eye on them shes not being pecked butni worry because shes so much smaller than the rest..
is this normal will she be ok or what should i do i feel so bad for her

Leghorns are small but they usually hold their own. Be sure you have enough space for the birds you have---how large is their enclosure? If you're really concerned, you can put an extra feed and water station so they can't keep her away all the time. But, fact is, someone's gotta be the low man, and life isn't always great for them. If there's no blood drawn, it's pretty much just normal behavior.
