Pecking order?

Well I found a wonderful home for Binny, my BR chick, and she was taken on Saturday. I have a question though.. Binny was the "head honcho" in my group of 4 chicks, and now they are ALL dueling it out to decide who is the boss since she left. How long will this take?? Is there a chance one of them could get hurt? Any advice or experience shared would be helpful, thanks.

There are 3 chicks now, two EE and one BR. I am pretty sure all are girls. They are 2 1/2 weeks old now.

If they aren't drawing any blood I'd let them work it out. Should settle down in a few days, a week at most.

No they haven't drawn blood. Thanks, maybe I just needed reassurance that everything will be ok
