pecking order?

I need some advice. I have 5 one year old hens and one 5 month old hen. I have no roosters. Up until the last month or so I have not had this problem. Can someone tell me what is going on with this hen?

Are you sure you don't have a rooster? Could be the girl is getting pecked on or you have a feather eater in the flock.
