Agree with all said above. And this is a case where the pinless peepers may be needed. The extra, far apart feed stations will help. You may want to add some roosts too. We recently put up some roosts between posts bc the younger chicks getting introduced were getting pecked and chased (as expected) and we wanted to see if the roosts would help. They do help!
don’t create any dead ends with the “clutter” or visual disruptions. So, a board propped up against a wall is good, but not good if it’s propped up against a wall in the corner, where it creates a dead end.
You may need to rehome some of them if nothing improves. We’ve rehomed some birds bc our flock was not a good fit for them. A set of 3 of one breed was rehomed bc rooster hated them...chased, pecked, patrolled the feeder and wouldn’t let them eat, and nothing we did improved the situation. Another two (Salmon Faverolles) we rehomed bc they were getting so overmated bc they are the most chill/docile birds we’ve ever encountered, they would just take it, never move, etc. we figured another flock might be better for them. Hopefully you don’t need to rehome your chickens!
good luck! You have a nice setup.
