Pecking Problems

I've been having pecking problems lately and is wandering if anyone has any advise on how to make it stop. I have five hens that have been together for a year now. No problems until it started snowing and they started pecking each other. Even to the point that the victim of the pecking would have open wounds. I changed their diet and gave them more range time. But lately it has started again on a different bird. I've been reading about a product called Rooster Booster Pick no More, does this stuff work? Or is there something else that needs to happen.

I've used it and it is of some benefit, but it must be re-applied often to remain effective. I've also used pine tar and pinless peepers. All work to some extent. None of them are 100% effective, but they do slow down the undesirable behavior.
