Pecking sore?

Hi everyone, I have a newer chick that I have been slowly introducing to the larger hens. She developed this bump where the other larger hens pecked at her. It was initially a scab but turned into this. Do you think it is concerning at all? The bump is hard, I tried to see if it was a cyst and squeeze it and applied the chicken wound care ointment and spray, but no changes. She’s completely healthy otherwise and no other issues.

Looks like her beak may have been scraped as well. I think I would leave it alone and just monitor it.
