Pecking!

I have two age groups of chickens, 1.5 month olds and 2.5 month olds. Each age groups are in their own pens. They are starting to peck each other and I have lost a few. What can I do? Would over crowding cause this? They get plenty of food and water. I feed them a mix of feeds, Half flockraiser, and half start and grow. I also supplement their water with vitamins, and the older ones get a Flock block. Any help would be appreciated!

Over crowding can cause this. How big are your pens, and how many chickens are in each pen?

I have them in a 8x8 That is only 2.66 sq ft per bird, I am working on two bigger coops, and haven't had time lately with work and school, but I am planning on having them switched over by this sunday!
