I think that one of my chicks is getting pecked by the others, but I've never seen it. She has a bald patch on her neck, but they are all also just getting in their feathers. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am new to this but I can tell when my chickens are getting pecked without seeing it. They make a lot of "chicken noise". Then I go to investigate and sure enough, the biggest, mean hen is chasing and pecking my smaller hen. No blood but some feathers flying. Stay close, see if you hear or see anything. As far as how to cure it, a friend of mine said to tie a potato bag with suet inside of it. The hens will peck on it instead of each other...although there will still be a pecking order. Good luck:D

make sure you watch for blood. If they see blood they wont stop. Im currently dealing with this problem. i switched to a red heat lamp and seems to help a bit.

Thanks. I have a red heat lamp, and haven't seen any blood. I see them chasing each other but not pecking.
