Pecky hen

We have 9 Buff Orpington hens. Eight of them have been pecked and are missing lots of tail feathers. The ninth has beautiful, fluffy feathers. There's not a mark on her. We isolated her a few months ago for this same reason, and have her in chicken jail again. I have never actually seen her bully the others, but it seems logical that she would be the culprit. Can a pecky hen be rehabilitated?

Do an on site search on 'Pin Less Peepers' they can be used and sometimes the habit can be broken.

Our pinless peepers finally arrived! We put one on the pecky hen and waited a couple of days to be sure she kept them on, before putting her back in with the flock. Should we put them on all of the chickens? The others are very interested in this red thing on her face, and are chasing her around the run.

A little chasing might be good for her. I would wait to see how it settles, but some people do put them on several birds.
