peeled skin from feet

I processed my meat birds and am making stock from the feet. Is there anything I can use the peeled skin from the feet for other than compost?
Feed it to your dogs or leave the skin on to make bone broth.

The reason I peel the skin off before making broth is that the feet can be dirty. It is a cleaning method. Same with removing the spurs or spur buds and the claws. If you are comfortable with how clean they are by washing I don't see any reason to peel the feet or remove the spurs or claws.
